The Snow Queen - Auditions

The Holly Performance Academy is excited to announce auditions for all roles in The Snow Queen

The Snow Queen is a play (non-musical) that is approximately 30 minutes in length.

Ages: 5-18

Auditions:
Saturday, September 30th, 1 pm-3 pm, The Holly Theatre Annex, 61 Enota St, Dahlonega, GA 30533

Performances:
November 10-12, 2023
7 pm on Friday and Saturday, 2 pm matinee on Sunday

Rehearsals:
Rehearsals are currently scheduled for Monday and Wednesday (or Friday) evenings from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. with some Saturdays toward the end of the process.​

What to expect at auditions:
  • Auditions will be conducted as one large group. Please plan to attend the full two hours of auditions.
  • You will be asked to do a cold-reading from the script. You will also play physical movement games so the director can get a sense of how each actor moves in a theatrical setting.
  • If you cannot attend the audition date in person, please contact the director to schedule a separate time or arrange a video audition.
