 Raised in a Music Profession family, Neva has been involved in Vocal performance and Drama since grade school. She performed at every opportunity she found through High School. Neva
began directing productions in college, and more recently in church, as
an Independent producer and as the owner of her own Academy of Fine
Arts. She has worked with a couple of Indie film producers with costume
design, casting, and location scouting.
She first began working with The Holly Theater during the 1995 Production of The Sound of Music. Neva currently teaches the Drama Electives for a Horizon Christian Academy and also runs their Theater Arts Club.
Independently, she teaches costume and fashion design as well as the
fundamentals of sewing. Neva is particularly enjoys "Time
Period" costume design. If you saw Romeo and Juliet, High School Musical, Winnie the Pooh, or School House Rock Live Jr. at the Holly, then you’ve seen her work. Most recently, Neva costumed Seussical this Spring.
