June 9 to 20, 9:00am - 3:00pm with performances June 21-22 on the Holly Theatre Mainstage

In this performance camp, students prepare for our final production of Disney's Aristocats Kids, with ticketed performances on the mainstage June 21-22.

Students are divided into two age groups for half of the day for acting, music, and dance study; then spend the other half of the day in rehearsal for the show. Auditions are the first day of camp and every child get a role. While this is a performance camp, the emphasis of the camp is still on the learning process rather than the final product.

Students will learn from guest presenters and instructors about props, costumes, makeup, set design, special theatre skills, and more. They will also have craft projects, snack time, and time for theater games. There is a lunch break mid-day and students eat together with packed lunches from home. There will be costumes and a minimal set for this show. 

ABOUT THIS SHOW: Madame's jealous butler Edgar cat-naps Duchess and her Aristokittens and abandons them in the Parisian countryside. What's a cat to do? Luckily, Thomas O'Malley and his rag-tag bunch of Alley Cats come to their rescue! This feline adventure is sure to get your audiences tapping their feet to its hep, jazzy beat, which includes the Disney favorites "The Aristocats," "Scales and Arpeggios" and "Ev'rybody Wants to Be a Cat."

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to register for this camp and the balance is due anytime before June 9.
